We already know that the housing market broke the record low set during the Great Depression , and that it continues to be in dire shape. But we didn’t quite know how dire. After confirming that 1 million Americans lost their homes last year, analysts have come up with some projections for 2011, and it’s even more depressing.
So depressing, in fact, that the Associated Press phrases its lede to the story like this: “The bleakest year in the foreclosure crisis has only just begun.” The bad news comes as 5 million homeowners are “at least two months behind on their mortgages and industry experts say more people will miss payments because of job losses and also loans that exceed the value of the homes they are living in.”
That’s right — “and also” because many of these homeowners owe more to the banks than the homes are actually worth. The foreclosure-tracking firm RealtyTrac predicts that 1.2 million homes will be lost this year as a result, that housing prices will fall another 5% before bottoming out (they’ve already fallen 26%), and that this will comprise the peak of the housing crisis.

The blistering pace of foreclosures this year will top 2010, when a record 1 million homes were lost, RealtyTrac said Thursday. One in every 45 U.S. households received a foreclosure filing last year, a record 2.9 million of them. That’s up 1.67 percent from 2009.
Now, there will be plenty of folks who will still be willing to claim that all 3 million of those people who go foreclosure filings last year took out imprudent loans, and have only themselves to blame for their own foolishness.
Besides the fact that such charges are pretty cruel, you’ve got to imagine there’s a structural problem of some kind anytime you see 3 million people lose their homes at once — blaming the homeowners for making bad decisions is shortsighted (and go to the comment boards of any story related to the topic online, and you’ll see a bunch doing exactly that). Does anyone really want to live in a society where millions of people can drain their savings account in order to try to pay off their home loans, and end up losing their houses anyways? You’d think we should be vying to create a system where this doesn’t happen in the first place.
I’ve heard that the increasing number of expected foreclosures is partly due to the fact that some that SHOULD have taken place in 2010 were delayed until 2011, though I can’t attest to the validity of this.
How is the mortgage crisis, and free fall in home values, likely to be corrected if people can not get a job? There are an enormous number of families that previously lost their houses and many more will until America starts making something more then debt. It’s time to alter the free trade deals with China. For crying out loud, our largest trade partner is communist.
When this Old World starts getting you down. From Pollution the cost of OIL,
Heating Fuel,The Fuel you put in your Vehicles, You Electric Bills from
cooling air conditioners and lights not to speak of the Evil. The TAX that all
Governments Federal, State, County and City put on everything they can thing of.
They are supposed to serve us. Not put a burden on its people. That they are
elected to serve all the people you, not their own Pocket Books.
The Wicked keep putting higher taxes on everything. Making it a Heavy
Burden on many that are already struggling just to put food on the table.
Too many Americans have lost their home to the tax collector or to foreclosures
from the unjust bankers greed. More are out of work and lost their homes then
in the GREAT DEPRESSION,in the last ten years. All Americans and many Nations
need good jobs and more of them. Not more TAXES.
There is a Industry that will employ workers and is growing by more then 50%
every year. There is a clear way for all up on the roof the Sun Light is free
fuel from GOD. Some wicked in Government have been backing Coal, Oil, Gas and
the Nuclear industries for too many years. These kickbacks to them were called
Subsidizing Industry Technology. Most all Wise Men and smart Economist and
Environmentalists call this padding their pockets and subsidizing back to the
Stone Age.
This might even been funny in the 1960?s. If it were a Fred Flintstones and
Barny Rubble Movie. About How to aggressively systematically work with the rich
to Pollute Ground Water quality to the point it is unsafe to drink or use.
So to they make a law you can only buy water from their pipe line. And to make
the air we breath full of Toxic Gases, Sulfur Dioxide and more Radioactive
and Acid Rain. Injuring all living things on Earth.

Nobel Prize for what? When Government leaders asked him to go on stage. To
address the Scientific Community and the World. About what he was given the
Nobel Prize for. When Albert Einstein Had done so. He addressed them with his
other accomplishments. For years most Governments did not have a ear for
Einstein’s Dream.
Archimedes around 250 B.C. was know most of the World over as a great
Mathematician. One of the first Scientist and Inventor of many things. Even
the first Laser Ray from the Sun’s Energy. Science Fiction is what you would
have though you were seeing if you could go back in time, it was real.To day

Not all solar energy companies are legitimate, for example, so one would need to evaluate each one thouroughly and get a lot of questions answered as best they can, more than one solar energy company went bankru in 2011
